Wellness and Vaccination Programs

Let us help you keep your pet healthy by bringing them in for regular exams and vaccinations. Dogs, cats and other pets age at a much more significant rate than people do. This means that significant changes to a pet’s health happen much faster than they do in humans; bringing your pet in for regular check ups allows us to diagnose diseases and conditions in earlier stages, making it easier to keep your pet healthy and happy. In many cases diseases can be prevented entirely by making sure that your pet has the proper vaccinations and preventatives. We recommend a check up once a year for healthy cats and dogs. For elderly pets, puppies, kittens, and pets with health issues more frequent. We’ll help you to create a wellness program for your pet that includes vaccinations, prevention protocols and more.

Annual wellness testing helps your pet by allowing us to diagnose and treat diseases and conditions sooner, helping your pet stay healthy.

Puppy Wellness Program

Congratulations on your new puppy! Thank you for choosing us to help protect and care for the newest addition to your family.

Our puppy wellness program is made to help you get your puppy started on the right trajectory towards a long and healthy life. The first few months are the most important time in your puppy’s development, and we can help give you the support, tools, and knowledge necessary to help your puppy grow into a well-mannered, healthy dog. This includes information and advice on nutrition, training, behaviour, and socialization.

Your puppy needs to be seen by the doctor as soon as possible. Puppies are very susceptible to future problems if they are not updated on their vaccines. Our service will provide vaccination for your new furry friend against rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. In addition, parasites are very common among young dogs and therefore they need to be tested and treated for it.

Roundworms are very common in puppies. These are intestinal warms where the main symptoms are vomiting, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal signs. It is also possible for your dog to have it but not show any symptoms. Roundworms are very serious, it is important to get your puppy treated for it, but also if not treated, your house could become infected. This is because roundworms are a zoonotic parasite, which means they can be transmitted from pets to people. By making sure that your puppy is treated, you can keep your entire family safe from these and other parasites.

We look forward to meeting your new puppy! Book your appointment today!
